Extremely extremely vague question. Should you keep calories low? Well if if you want zero fat gain than eat very close to maintenance. I mean Im not sure your asking your question the right way or I just dont understand.
I mean you say you dont want ANY fat but you dont know if you should keep your calls low. Well why would you make them high if you want to cut?
I dunno...like I said very vague, not sure what you're really asking.
mate, cuz im afraid of not getting enought muscle if I keep the low kcal diet!!
understand?
Well if your calories are below maintenance it will be extremely difficult if not impossible to gain muscle mass. You need approx. 3500 excess cals to gain 1lb. If you are below maintenance dont count on putting on muscle. Can be done with a good cycle but I dont see it happening if you dont know how to diet well.
You should really make a thread laying out your exact dietary/macro breakdown and let us help you with that.
So if I keep my low carb diet and add lot of protein it won't be enought?
Its about overall calories not the type of macronutrient...well more or less at least. Basically if you are at a calories deficit you will not gain weight, its physically impossible, doesnt matter if your calories are coming from carbs, proteins or fats.
ok!! now I understood!! Thanks mate.
So, How do I know how many kcals should I add in my diet to get muscles without fat?? how many kcals should I eat in a day?
So, anyway, If I wanna do a cutting cycle I should increase some kcal to get muscle without fat + aes (Enan+winny+anavar), get the results, and after the cycle I should take of the kcals again to get cut?????
