    Splenda

    I use a few packets of splenda a day for various foods (example, cottage cheese)... how much is too much? how many packets should you have a day?

    there is no set limit... some ppl worry about the aspartime in it.. but meh.. its the least of your worries...

    some ppl have 10 packs plus ( BigdSl said he had that much )

    I dont use the packs i have the one with a spout.. so i use alot lets just say.. with my oats, ccheese,tea etc..

    Faiz, Splenda contains no aspartame. It contains sucralose, which seems to be pretty safe.

    I love Splenda, I think is is great and I use around 8 packs a day. with coffe, and all, not bad at all. I dont' what others think.

    I use 15 plus packs a day...no worries.

    I add it to my oatmeal while its cooking and coffee....about 12 per day
