Ha! I found a bag of Dex in my basement.. It is about 6lb left in there.. hmm I think it has been sitting there for about a year. I mean it is still in the bag, pretty sealed up maybe not %100.
Is it still good to go ?

I would think it would be ok since it's a sugar and I know the sugar in my moms cupboard has been there for years and she still uses it to bake with on occasion! I'm not positive though.
