    Yes another lower back problem!!

I'm only 26 years old so i dont know if its possible i have herniated disk, or maybe its possible at all ages?
I was training with one of my students in brazilian jiu jitsu and he had my back and he locked his legs in a figure-4 very tight i could feel it squeeze hard against my floating ribs but i rolled inside of it while it was tight and at the time didnt feel anything, the next day there was a slight sprain feeling in the lumbar area, the day after i felt the pain in all my back and hip, i stayed in bed all day almost, this is the third day i still feel uncomfortable with it.

I can stretch my hamstring and bend over and back up and twist without any sudden pain or numbness or anything, but just when i am sitting in the office i can feel the mild pain its not going away. I already have my scheduled adjustment with my chiro in 3 days thats why i didnt rush to him i am waiting to see if it goes away by itself an if nto i see him in 3 days anyway.
There is no swelling there, i just feel it man!

    Am i doomed?

it isnt a disc, it is a mild sprain/ strain, read my post in cryotherapy and take 800mg of motrin 3 times a day.

I went to the chiro for the scheduled adjustment and he popped my hip which was way out of place and examined where i told him the pain was, he didnt see anything wrong just from feeling it so he said to come back after a week to see if its gone or worse.

I got a good nights sleep but as soon as i was up and sitting down at work it came back, i feel it most when i'm sitting down, i iced it but didnt really help. I'll wait it out a little longer till i see the doc again next week.
