    breakfast problem =/

    every morning i eat, 1/2 a bagle , 4 egg whites, and a banana for berakfast. lately i have been getting sick at the sight of my meals, and have been easting less and less for breakfast, today i threw up after a bite of the egg whites and then agained when i tried to eat the bagle lol. any advise? please? quick imput needed as i am currently on my 3rd week of SD and dont want to stop gaining due to diet.

    here is what I do, probably not the best option, but sure tastes damn good,

    1 cup dannon lite and fit yogurt
    1/2 cup Uncle Sam granola (granola mixed with flaxseed, 100% natural)
    About 5-6 sliced strawberries,
    1 scoop protein powder.

    Cals/Pro/Carb/Fat
    ~400 / 40g/ 50g/ 8g <----- fat is all EFA's in the form of flax seed in the cereal.

    Not going to be as good as oatmeal and egg whites nutritionally, but probably better than your eggs and bagel.

    Your breakfast bearly has 20g of protein, but vitamin B12 is suppose to help your appitite. Also do you take multi vitamins before you eat? or any other supps, whenever I take my multivitamin on an empty stomach I throw up as soon as I eat, if i take it after I eat no problems. weird but worth a try

    my breakfast has over 30g protean.. anyway yea im guna try taking my vits after i eat maybe thatyl help.

    That's a weak ass diet if you're trying to put on weight, I eat twice that while cutting right now.

    Some compounds will affect your appetite, one thing you can do is to split your total calories into smaller more frequent meals throughout the day and make yourself a bit more active to help increase hunger.

    well heres my diet as of now.

    its along the lines of this

    meal 1 = 1/2 a bagle w/ creamcheese, 4 eggwhites, 100calorie yogert, banana.

    meal 2 = 340 calorie protean bar ( work , nothing i can do about it )

    meal 3 - chicken sandwitch, apple, potato.

    meal 4 - tuna with mayo , pita bread, mashed potato

    meal 5 - whatevre my girlfriend makes, arab food bascicly, mostly the same thing, a lot of rice and lamb meat lol.

    meal 6- 1000 calorie shake, its like 80g carbs and 62g protean.

    List macros for each meal and for the day.

    Doesn't look like much food and that 1000calorie shake before bed is a waste and will more than likely cause you to hold bodyfat.

    1000 calories for the shake, 320 cals for the carbs, 248 for protein. Thats only 568 cals from protein and carbs, that mean it has 432 of fat???or 50grams?
