    20 years old, natural, 2 years training.

    Im 20, been training for 2 years, my current weight is 210, weight 2 years ago was 140. Tell me watchu think.

    im 6'1 and as for the stuffed animals hahaha no comment, lets just say my mother has obsessive complusive disorder and needs stuffed animals on everyones bed in my ****in house. Horrible way to live lol

    Yeah dude, Good work, Stay natural for as long as possible. Im 5 yrs into my training and all natural. I will get some pics up soon, i just cant find any of me before training

    pretty good dude. Looks like you could do with some added thickness. Sort out a good bulking diet and focus on some heavy compound lifting.

    im not calling you a liar or trying to critisise but icant see where youve put on 70lbs

    you have done really well to change your physique and you have def more size but i just cant see the jump from 140 to 210lbs.sorry only my opinion.

    lol im not taking it as a flame, but despite the fact that im double the size, i dont see why it would be hard for you to see how my weight has increased lol.

    dont worry man i get people shocked when i tell them i weigh 265 at 6'5. they are like no way. u cant judge scale weight from just pics. which it does boggle my mind why someone wouldnt believe me by looking at me. i mean im so tall so its like um imagine how much just my bones weigh.

    Great improvements bro, you have some nice middle back thickness and are fairly lean as well, your arms could use some more size, stick to those compond movements for overal more thickeness, especially, raw deads, no straps

    no doubt you have added some quality bodyweight, but i can see where ronan is coming from. 70lbs is ALOT of weight, and you do not look like you have added 70 pounds. But i have also learned that looks can be decieving, and therefore am not calling you a liar

    as im prob one of the smallest guys on here i can only dream of puttin on 70lbs.
    all i can compare it to is arnold weighed 220lbs when he won olympia and thats only 10lbs heavier and he looked completely different and i do understand everyone is built different thats why it wasnt intended as a flame.

    its not a useless post,just my opinion unless im not allowed one!!!

    but again i will repeat myself, i can see youv increased in weight and look great with it iv never said otherwise

    i know mike personally from home, he was very small and now a beast without the use of any steroids/prohormones etc. the kid is in the gym 5 days a week lifting his ass off and he eats like a champ.

    Hah...well I have to say you're doin pretty decent for never doing anything. Just keep trying to bulk up. Eat eat eat...all the good stuff like chicken, fish, rice, etc.
