    Left shoulder injury

HEy all. My left shoulder is killing me. The pain started about a year ago during my shoulder routine. Shoulder press and front raises kill my shoulders . I took a lot of time off on shoudlers after the injury and it never completely healed because since I have recently started incorporated shouldes in my workout they are killing me. Well, more of a nagging pain. Anyway, my left shoulder makes a popping sound when I move it in a circular motion, but my right shouder doesnt.

IM running my first cycle and in about week 5 now and dont want to stop my routine so I can optimize my results. I know rest and recooperation is always the best, but sometimes working out through pain is what makes this a great sport.

Any suggestion? Any comments or concern of what is wrong with my left shoulder?

I totally agree, but do you think I shoud continue to train heavy while on my cycle and then lower the weight when I am off my cycle?

hmm.. lot of bros with way more experince than me could answer you that.. i know for me personally, if my elbow or shoulder does not feel good that day, and im suppose to go heavy, 4-6 reps, i will drop the weight, use perfect, and go high rep that day for the sake of my aching joint, basically if its not a seirous injury, your just going tohave to listen to your body

    could be the biceps tendon.
    could be the labrum.
    could be rotator cuff.

go to an orthopedic surgeon and have them look at it.
a cortisone shot may be the only thing you need.
but take it easy so that you dont screw it up some more.

my advice would be to stop your routine, and address this issue with your shoulder. i wish i had when i dealt with my injury.

I had the same problem. Do you sleep on your side? Even if you take time off, and you sleep on that shoulder your still stress on your rotator cuff, and labrum. It sucks but try and sleep on your back.
