Basic question for you diet gurus out there... im running a very clean bulk diet in conjunction with my first var only cycle... anyways... how important is it to eat the same meals at the same time ED?, as long as your taking in the same cals and macros... Example.... Lets say meal 4 is 8oz red meat and 220gs of sweet potatoes, and meal5 is 8oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice.... is it ok to to eat meal 5 first and than meal 4 on certain days? Or is it best to keep the meals constant, maybe a dumb question but im a bit of a perfectionist lol. Just curious
