    Basic question about diet and meal times

    Basic question for you diet gurus out there... im running a very clean bulk diet in conjunction with my first var only cycle... anyways... how important is it to eat the same meals at the same time ED?, as long as your taking in the same cals and macros... Example.... Lets say meal 4 is 8oz red meat and 220gs of sweet potatoes, and meal5 is 8oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice.... is it ok to to eat meal 5 first and than meal 4 on certain days? Or is it best to keep the meals constant, maybe a dumb question but im a bit of a perfectionist lol. Just curious

    It depends on you schedule, related as to how your WO session is incorporated in it. Your PWO PPWO and PREWO meals are all important. Hence the macros I try to keep the same depending on which meal it is but the actual ingredients or object IM eating can change. Also some meals are PRO/CARBS while others are PRO/FAT again depending which meal in the day it is

    I change the foods all the time, it's the macros I keep constant.

    I can't imagine eating the exact same thing every day at the same time. Seems like it would make the diet a horrendous experience with no variety.
