    Weak back pumps?!?

I dont know if this is normal or not but whenever i workout my back, i dont get a good pump like i do when i work biceps, triceps, legs and chest. Any suggestions?

Try incorporating cable rows and deadlifts into your back routine.

Try lowering the weight and focusing on reps. For a while, I was trying to go heavy on all my back sets because I heard that it was better for adding mass, width, etc. Problem is, when I was doing that I was struggling so much to move heavy weight that I didnt isolate my back. Now, I use lighter weight and focus on muscle contraction and extension through the entire exercise, and since I have started doing that about a year ago, my back is now my strongest aspect.

Wide grip everything! well not really, but def for pull downs. On cable rows, I take off the handle and put two seperate handles that would be for like cable crossovers, it helps as you can pull them apart as opposed to a metal handle.
