hey guys on cycle right now so im trying to grow some bi's.i cant get them sore for nothing!!i cant stay at the gym all night! triceps either!get huge pumps to where my nerves actualy twitch when i close arms after work out.
sample routine-
21's or sevens to warm up
preacher curls (standing or sitting)
eazy bars
some kind of dumbell or cables
always switch it up each week adding hammers ect....
tricep push downs
overhead ext
reverse pushdowns
skull crushers
switch up with other techniques
(SHOULD I HIT EM TWICE A WEEK?)![]()
