    stuborn bi's......damn!

    hey guys on cycle right now so im trying to grow some bi's.i cant get them sore for nothing!!i cant stay at the gym all night! triceps either!get huge pumps to where my nerves actualy twitch when i close arms after work out.
    sample routine-
    21's or sevens to warm up
    preacher curls (standing or sitting)
    eazy bars
    some kind of dumbell or cables
    always switch it up each week adding hammers ect....
    tricep push downs
    overhead ext
    reverse pushdowns
    skull crushers
    switch up with other techniques
    (SHOULD I HIT EM TWICE A WEEK?)

    Do 3-4 sets of preacher curl teardowns. I guarantee that your bi's will burn.

    wow!!! is this place empty?trying to get any advise in this forum is like getn a hooker with no money.......aint happening ! bump????

    how many sets are you doing? i cut my sets down and found this to help. i do 6 to 8 sets total and go freakin heavy as i can and i got some nice gains from this.

    Load the ez bar up with 10 pound plates so that you will be able to do 12-15 reps. When you fail, strip 1 plate off of each side of bar and go to failure. Strip another plate and so on

    today i did sets of 50(lighter weight of course). got the burn and insane pump. maybe i just need to switch it up more often but ill give your guyses routine a shot too. thanks!

    Quit overtraining them and only work them on back day. I never isolate bi's and when they get trained it's on the ass end of back day for a couple sets to failure.
