    3 week progress!!! critique Plz.

    I've been on my diet for 3 weeks now, please let me know what you guys think. Any Progress? THANKS.

    the first two are from 1-7-07 and the last two are from today.

    my current diet:
    breakfast - cup of oats, 6 eggwhites, protien shake
    snack - banana, tuna
    lunch - chicken breast, broccoli, rice
    snack - chicken
    Dinner (post workout) - salmon steak, broccoli, salad
    before bed - usually protien shake

    not really a great diet, but it's actually working. My bi's have grown 3/4 inch!!!
    from 16 1/4 to 17"! while cutting. Diets really are the best thing!

    currently only supp taking is a lil creatine and protien, but I'm looking to stop the creatine when I'm ready to lose my water weight. Hopefully, If I can get close to contest condition, I'd like to compete naturally.

    ur pwo meal needs carbs....even if you are cutting you should always get the most carbs from breakfast and PWO nutrition especially when cutting...
