i've been reading the forums for a while now but this is my first thread
this last spring right before spring ball... i pulled my hammy real high, right under my butt..i sat out for a while and then had a great spring ball...then after the summer i pulled it again right before our first game...i sat out a while and came back only to pull it again...i then sat out for four weeks and tried to make it back for our last two games...yea...pulled it a third time and the fourth time in a year.
i was told by a guy i really trust to stop takeing creatine...i don't really think that had anything to do with it...but i have stopped....please give me a reason to start taking it again...or not
