Im new to this forum and this is my first post, ill explain a little bit about myself.
I been working out, uneducated, since i was 16 till about 20, last year i took up a BTEC national diploma in sports and fitness and i have learned a few basics on training, fitness and nutrician. Im now 24.
In the past 6 months i have sufferd from a servier lack of energy, my eyes are bloodshot constantly and i find myself feeling very tired often. Im trying to get myself back into shape and i have tried a few products to help me.
Recelntly i purchased some Inferno, for "weight loss", im aware its full of cafine but to be quiet frank it doesnt stop me feeling tired. I try to exersize regularly but recently im just nackerd. I also have irritable bowel so i cant use Creatine or most substances to help with build and repair.
I have been recomended something called L glutamine from a guy who works at my college who is a personal trainer, this to help my stomach.
My stats are im 5ft7, and 13 and half stone. My shoulders and back is of decent size and my byceps are.... ok. my waist (sp) is 36 inch and my chest around 42+. My % body fat is around 26-27% and my BMI is 28.9 ish. Im also asthmatic.
Basicly im after sugestions on how i can lose the access weight, what i should eat (due to my iritable bowel, which has got pretty bad recently) and help bulking up more. Mainly my energy problems, im concerned my body isnt taking in any substanence and its causing me to be tired constantly.
If anyone is willing to take a few minutes to help me i would appreciate it.
