Ok, here's the deal.. 10 weeks ago I began my second cycle, and as of this date I have only gained 3lbs.. I know EXACTLY why as well, and it's because I wasn't eating enough and I was overtraining.. I know I didn't lose fat, being I have almost none to lose and began my cycle this way.
I failed to eat enough, mainly because at the time, yet again I was placed under unneccessary stress from work with the holidays and all..
Here is what this cycle has consisted of so far:
Weeks 1-10: 60-70mg Prop/ED
Weeks 3-6: 50mg NPP/ED
Weeks 8-10: 37.5mg Tren/ED
Now my biggest upset is the fact I wasted these 10 weeks while I was under too much stress and physical labor to make any notable gains..
I don't know what to do from here, as at this point I am free of stress and have all the time/energy I need to now gain as I planned.. Having not gained anything really, would I be able to stretch out this cycle and make good gains as I would have had I had shit together from day 1? Or would gains be lousy due to already being on these dosages for 10 weeks?
I am on HRT with 200mg Testoserone Cypionate per week and have been for a while now.. I could take 6 weeks and head back down to HRT doses, but if I could extend this one and make awesome gains I would opt for that, being that during these next 6 weeks I've got nothing to do but train, eat and rest, and also I'm so lean right now occupying myself with leaning out is not a feasable option...
So what do you guys feel I should do here...? Keep in mind I'm on HRT, so recovery in terms of HPTA is irrelevant..
