This is no dis, but I would not cut at your size and age. Imo I would bulk up 15-20lbs then cut.

But if cutting is your goal then your diet looks pretty good. I would add some protein into meal 2.

    Wheres your egg whites???

I will be bulking but I want to cut down then be able to do a clean bulk and put on mass.. It's no diss man, i've just though it over and over and over. I really don't like doing cardio and eating really really clean. As for the egg whites I was thinking some egg whites in meal 2 but I would be cooking them in the morn and would be cold by 10ish when I ate them.. I would add them to #1 but I want to have a high protein source, seeing how your body comes out of a catabolic state from sleeping (well 8 hours of sleep, no food.. seems pretty catabolic to me.) I also don't see a huge need for the protein in meal 2 anyways, the other first meals seem sufficient and I'd much rather be taking in some fibre and starchy carbs for energy throughout the day. Thanks!

Your macros are a little off. Cals, PRo and Fat are a little low while the carbs should be lower.
    I would rework your diet
You're not getting any solid protein until Meal 3
Meal 2 I dont comprehend why just carbs.
Meal 4 I would get in a little carbs
    Meal 6 Could be better
