Hi guys starting taking
Tren E 400mg a week
Sustanon 500mg a week
Winstrol 50mg ED
Airmidex .25ml a day

Been taking the stuff for 2 weeks now, my side are killing me, and i pissed a bit of blood which is not good. I'm drinking more water and the blood has gone away, what else should i take?

No point taking anything unless you know what the problem is. There is nothing in that cycle that looks that bad that could put blood in your urine. Just keep an eye on it, if it continues then the obvious answer is to stop the cycle

Yeah it wasn't that bad, and it's gone now! But can you tell me what vitamins are good for the liver and Kidneys.

for liver there are lots of things you can get at the Healthfood store, Milkthistle and stuff like that. For kidneys the best thing is water and lots of it
