it can do all the above.

i had an increase in insomnia but found that i didnt feel tired anyway.

prostate enlargement is usually along term thing,usually kicking in when your older but its something ive already thought about.as far as the heart is concerned i think its excepted that many athletes along with bodybuilders will have a larger heart than normal,which can cause problems.

its up to you dude how bad ya want it.
