10h (10 am): witte spaghettis(100gr) and chicken, yes spaghettis at morning it s because the morning, you can eat carbon hydrates without grow in fat ---->75 gr carbo hydrates and 40 gr protein
when i say chicken , i mean "blanc de poulet" (chicken breast 250 gr)
12h30 (00.30am) : 40 gr protein whey
14.30( 2.30 pm) : 40 gr protein whey
16.30(4.30pm) : 40 gr protein whey
W O R K O U T at 18.00----->run 45 min at 123 heart rate and after , 40 min boybuilding workout.
19.30 : witte spaghettis(50 gr ) with chiken breast (400 gr)---> 25 gr carbohydrates, and 60 gr protein
21.00 (9 pm) : 40 gr protein whey
23.00 ( 11 pm) 40 gr protein whey
TOTAL: 300 gr protein and 125 gr hydrates (because i take my protein with slim melk ).
thanks to say me if my actually program is good, in one month and half ,i lost 7 kg ( 18 lbs)
i feel good, at begininng no energy but now, it s good !
