I have always been using 2 scoops of ON 100% whey post and 1 white bagel which is about 50g carbs. I have never tried dextrose, it seems like its a little bit cheaper per serving of what I need and calories is less. How would I measure if I need 12 servings. Shouldnt I double carbs post workout so 100g? I weigh 210 at 5'11. I have done 2 bagels before and i think i got same results who knows, i felt no different. So what is the best recovery carbs or supplement to buy? Im thinking of switching up, ive done bagels for so long.
