    cutting diet critique please help

    230 / 6'1" / 15% bf

    Well im tryn to get the cut look goin for me and i just need your help making sure that my diet is in order......and i do ..do cardio for 30 to 45 minutes after workout at a heart rate of 130 to 140 if thats hels you haha

    Meal 1 - 8:00am ……1/2cup oats….Banana….Chicken breast
    352 cal / 6gram fat / 29 gram protein

    Meal 2 - 10:00am …..Protein shake / 2 tbsp flax seed
    220 cal / 7.5gram fat / 27 gram protein

    Meal 3 - 12:00pm…Top round steak / 5 egg whites / celery strawberries / 4oz lean beef
    481 cal / 12 gram fat / 70 gram protein

    Meal 4 - 2:30pm….Protein shake / 4 egg whites
    198 cal / 1.5 gram fat / 38 gram protein

    Meal 5 - 5:30pm….½cup oats / chicken breast / apple / 4oz lean beef
    510 cal / 13.8 gram fat / 51.5 gram protein

    Workout - 7:30 pm……creatine
    25 cal

    Meal 6 - 9:30pm…..2 protein shakes
    260 cal / 3 gram fat / 48 gram protein


    Total = 2045 calories / 44 gram fat / 260 gram protein

    I HAVE two questions

    where are carb hydrates


    and i dont understand how you can eat 70 gr portein in a meal while body can physically accept a maximum of 40-45 gr protein in a meal

    it would mean that 30 gr will be throwin by the body ,????

    AM I RIGHT or someone can explain me why i m n ot right ?????
