My day usually consists of 8 hours of work but its mostly just sitting around. 45-hour of cardio, and lifting 5-6 days a week pending on legs. I play tackle football usually for 2 or so hours one day a week. What would my level of activity be considered. I'm trying to cut and mostly using rambo's thread there as my basis but also want to just check out how many calories im buring plus how many calories I should be taking in a day.
