Im currently 6'5 250 pounds and I play football. Im looking to get to about 260 and needed some help with my bulking diet. Im also taking Test Prop and Winny Tabs while trying to put on the extra pounds. My diet is as follows:
4:45 a.m. 5 eggs whites and cup of oatmeal
6 a.m. WORKOUT
7:30 Protein Shake
11-12 a.m. Chicken breast or steak with rice
2-3 p.m. Tuna with egg whites or Lean Turkey
4:30 Workout #2
6 p.m. Another Protein Shake
7:30 Steak or Chicken with Rice or Green Beans
