I have a good amount of natural size, I am 5'8" 250, was around 280 in october...My question is with chest, when I do any exercise, I don't touch my chest with the weight. I usually go down to where my elbows are even with my chest or a little further. This has been much better for me than when I used to touch my chest (i used to get shooting pains in my shoulders). I have noticed the top part of my chest developing much better than the lower part. I have been doing much better on incline dumbells which may explain that but I am curious as to if how low I go can effect what part of my chest develops. I assume it doesnt, so i am hoping to get some input on how to harden up the bottom of my chest....
