Hey, I am changing up my workout routine. What do you guys think about this:
Day 1: Calves, Shoulders, Traps
Day 2: Quads, Hams
Day 3: Abs, Chest, Triceps
Day 4: Back, Biceps
I would do Day 1, then Day 2, then rest, then Day 3, and then Day 4, then rest and repeat the next day. Is that 2 on, one off routine smart?
Also even though I am still bulking, I want to do some cardio. When I should I do it:
-on workout days
-morning on empty stomach
-during the evening
-on off days
all and any input is appreciated
