    Shrimp

Can this be used for cutting for a pro meal?
    8oz shrimp
    48g pro
    2g fat
    0g carbs
224 cals ... but ......... 570mg sodium ... I'm pretty sure sodium doesn't affect fat loss, but is it healthy to consume that everyday for a pro meal?
    Thanks guys
