I went to the docs last week for a check up. While I was there I asked if he could work my body fat% out, he said he could do my bmi for me. height 5'10" 192 lbs bmi he worked out 30.45. He told me I was obese. I am no way obese I have a 32" waste. Normally I way about 165-170lb Been training about 8 months, so bound to weigh more. My question is this what is bmi actually for and is it out dated? thanx for any replies.![]()
