i wish i could do heavy deadlifts. when i try im afraid of my hernia poping again, i can feel it so i stay away from them.
250 Kilograms for a single,
My weight at the moment, 98 kg.
505 at 190.
I pulled 545 lbs for 3 reps at about 208 lbs bodyweight
A small house... REALLLLY small. Im not found of the whole deadlift so I dont really go heavy on it.
good stuff....i tried 545 about a month ago and got stuck like two inches from lockout....suckedOriginally Posted by Narkissos

My back is fvcked now and getting back into deads is gonna frighten the shit outta me
*makes vow to never get injured*
^^Drop the rep range CD.. and get back in the game.
Doc sust would agree that form slackens on higher rep schemes with this exercise... thus the risk of injury increases.
On another note...Doc sust... 700?!
That'd break me in half gatdammit lol.
I was planning to stay lean this year at that
Bah.. i'm in![]()
