It all depends on your goals.

Protein Shakes, Creatine, PreWorkout(NO Shotgun), BCAA's

    Of course your multi-vitamin

i think 99% of supplements are garbage. the one's i have used and i liked (for the most part)

    SD, AMP, and:

chicken, tuna, lean beef, tilapia, oats, yams, green veggies, natty pb, olive oil, cottage cheese.

whey is over rated. those are the supps i like, but i wouldn't personally tell anyone to go use them. just my .02, diet is everything.

Second that, except for amp (no stim for me). A no brainer is quality protein - Chicken, turkey, fish etc. It's amazing what quality food does. Eat crappy food, feel crappy.

I would never replace a meal with a MRP because whole food is ALWAYS better. I drink 3 shakes a day... 1 Protein Shake with my breakfast to make up for the fasting I did while I slept, 1 Protein Shake w/Dextrose PWO, and 1 Isopure in the middle of the night or as I fall asleep.

To answer your question though cytogainer is better as a MRP because it has 6g of fat per serving... 0 fat is best for PWO as fat slows down the rate of absorption
