im about 5 9 165 12% body fat.. ive been working out for about 18 months 5 times a week..
my stomachs pretty flat and i have a good built .BUT im looking to gain about 10 more lbs so ill reach 175 ..someone suggested that i do dbol alone but i figure id ask u guys. i also dont want to get bloated and end up with a belly.
so if u guys can help with suggestions id really appriciate it.... thanx
