First off Hello to everyone.
I just started back working out yesterday. I was wondering what is y'alls take on stretching when you are sore.
I did chest and tri's yesterday and I'm wanting to go in and do Back and Bi's today. Before I started I was wanting to stretch a little. I'm so damn sore I don't know if it would be a good idea. Maybe I should trust by body on this one but I need y'alls opinion on this one.
