I have pro/carb/fat meal pwo.. then a pro/carb fat meal again pwo
usally low to mid gi carbs.. oats,potatoe/ and lean protein
have you found that to be better than a protein shake w/ dextrose?
Postworkout, immediately, I have a shake with Pro/Dex/Malto, some prefer to add oats. Approximatly an hour later I have a wholesome meal.

Well it depneds on the indiviudal when i do a whey/dex shake i get letheragic and just want to sleep ( insulin crashin) thats why i always have a steady stream of pro/carb/fat ... to minimize swings in insulin levles/
