    Just lookin for some 1st cycle feedback

    I am now on my fourth week of my 1st real cycle (tried d-bol once awhile ago, nothing serious). Anyway, I was just lookin for some feedback about what my cycle and gains so far.

    First off, i'm currently taking:

    500mg Sust / week (Mon / Thurs @ 250mg each)
    Nolva 10mg ED (just in case of the dreaded gyno)
    Finasteride 1mg ED (to help keep hair loss to a minimum)

    ***also just ordered some Clen to start on week 5***

    I know that the effects of Sust don't usually come for a few weeks (although i'm always hungry / horny lately LOL), but I have gained between 7-8 LBS without a change in bodyfat %, is that about right for being on my fourth week?

    Like I said earlier, any advice about my cycle and about my gains would be useful.

    how many weeks are you going to run it for? What are your stats (age, weight, height, bf%, ect)? Save the nolva for pct unless you know that you are gyno prone.

    Oops, damn i knew i 4got something. My stats.

    Age: 26
    Height: 6'2
    Weight: currently 188
    BF%: 20%

    Also, i plan to run for 10weeks, then start pct 3 weeks after. I've heard alot of debate on the use of nolva during the cycle, some say it may possibly inhibit gains, but i was just tryin to be safe.

    Well if your bulking Id save the clen for pct too. Also, you should run your cycle to 12 weeks because of the long ester, imo.

    6'2" and only 188lbs

    you do not need steroids, you need to learn how to eat properly, steroids will not magically add mass to your body

    Yea, i guess 4000 calories a day isn't quite enough for me, neither is the 200+ grams of protein. I just recently have returned to lifting after being laid up from an injury for a few months. Lost too much weight during that time. I'm not trying to look like some of u guys, I just wanted a little help getting some of my normal size back (215, 8% bf).

    Something wrong in those stat calcs... 6' 2" 188 and 20% bf

    188 is skinny and 20% is fat cant be both unless you meant 5' 2" or 2%bf

    then why are you taking steroids???

    just eat properly and train hard and you'll look good...

    why wouldnt you just start progressively trainning and eating clean to recover from injury?
