First and foremost your diet looks pretty bad, you don't have any carbs in there at all except from milk and some fruits. Secondly you cannot expect anyone here to create a diet just for you. Some of us (myself included) work as trainers and actually charge money to come up with a diet and training program. You say you don't want to read up on how to structure it yourself, but unless you want to pay someone to construct a plan for you then I would highly recommend you re-think your method and do some research.

Fat burning supplements wont do jack if your diet is poor, and looking at what you are doing I can honestly say that you are not doing the correct things.

Not to sound too harsh or anything, but you need to realize we all have read up and gathered a lot of knowledge over time and are really dedicated to doing this as a profession or hobby.

I eat carbs in almost everyone of my six meals while dieting and still lose plenty of fat. You can eat carbs, but you have to eat the right amounts at the right times. I eat most of my carbs for breakfast and pre and post workout, with smaller amounts for my other three meals.
