I haven't heard anything about scar tissue.
That makes no sense. Scar tissue is the result of single or repeated trauma, and nothing oral has that capability.
The worse heart related physical/structural changes that could ever happen via consumption of anything are Cardi*****ly (an enlarged heart), Atherosclerosis (a progressive narrowing and hardening of the arteries) , and an increase in aortic elastin and collagen content (additional and potentially obstructive materials within heart valves).
Clen could possibly cause the former, but it would be atypical.

I hear that clen can cause people to lose weight.
i just read a thread on this forum in the last week that had an article on clen and the latest info on it and yes it causes scarring of the heart tissue, search the forum im not sure where it was, be careful w/clen IMO
From what I've read it kills heart cells and replaces them with scar tissue , dont know all the details but Im looking for the new study , it just came out a little while ago .
what you asked about is a medical fact, at least on lab rats. however, they have yet to confirm it affects humans the same way.
as far as the cell death, it causes myocyte necrosis (cell death) as well as myocyte apoptosis, and when the cells die through either process, what's left is scar tissue, which is permanent damage to the heart. the cause of it is still in theory (last i knew), but the main theory they believe in currently is that the cell death is caused by the depletion of taurine clen causes in the body, including the heart. this is one of the reasons they recommend taking taurine (along with potassium) while on clen. as far as whether or not taurine supplementation is effective in stopping the myocyte cell death has yet to be confirmed to my knowledge. then again, as i stated in the beginning, these effects still have yet to be confirmed in humans.
but, as i've said before to people, it's hard to say for sure if any other fat-burner is safer. personally, i find hydroxycut hardcore to be just as effective as clen, but for all i know, it could have even worse side-effects that they're simply not aware of yet. also, as far as ECA for an alternative to clen, ECA puts much more of a strain on the heart, increasing your chance of heart arrhythmias and other heart complications. choosing which one you feel is safest is almost kind of a toss of the dice.
