    Cheese

I just want to hear some opinions
how bad do you think is cheese while cutting (not cottage, talking about the firm hard ones like chedar and swis), do you think its too detrimental as long as you keep your macros in check? (like maybe getting most of your daily fat cals from it)

As much as I love cheese I tend to stay away from it when cutting because of the way my body reacts to it. I tend to bloat up and can't necessarily get accurate progress reports. People react to diary different so if you're able to fit it in your macros and you're not noticing any slowing down of progress it should be ok.

cheese tends to bloat me as well so i stay away while cutting. i wouldn't rely on it as a source for fats, that should be covered in the meats your eating anyway.
