If i can only get to the gym at 5am, how do i handle pre and post workout meals??
5am-lift
5:45am- cardio for 45 mins
6:30- pwo-whey/oatmeal
I cannot get up at 4:30 to eat a meal then go lift. what should i do? i know i cant lift on empty.
Also...if i were to do cardio in the am and manage to lift at 9pm....is 9 too late to take in carbs for post work out?
