but seriously, im OBSESSED with shockwaves. i go into binges when i see them on the net. when i was young i made some homemade acetox/ammonium nitrate and stuck it in a porta jon.
me and my friends had no idea what would happen but we lit the fuse (it was connected to a short cigarette delay) and ran our asses off. we got about 100 yards at least before we stopped and just stood there.
it was the COOLEST thing till this day ive ever seen and felt in my life.

the whole roof literally catapulted up into the trees and shatter in a bunch of pieces while the sides blew out and all you see is just a white flash (no fire really)

like a half second later the shockwave hit us but it didnt knock us down, just made me regain my footing. But the feeling of a wall of air rushing into you at that speed is the CRAZIEST feeling in the world. The adrenaline in my body literally exploded at that second and we ran faster than cheetahs to not get caught. BUt ill never forget how the grass slanted and my ears popped and it felt like a ghost was trying to tackle me. Crazy shit. We were like 16 at the time and VERY dumb.
