I have been following a good cardio/diet plan and I just need that last final boost for my holiday coming up (in 8 weeks). I have some E/C/A pills, but have not started using them yet. (I tested them, and my body tolerates them just fine.)
I am 192 lbs, 27 years old. I am trying to loose fat in my gut area, and along with my regular diet/routine.. I want to add a little something extra to the mix.
any comments, or dosage suggestions?
I normally do Cardio in the morning Before Breakfast..
