So I am cutting right now, I do cardio at least 6 times a week and do weights light weights, but lots of reps. I was shooting monday wed and friday. I saw results but not as expected, I have been doing it for about 3 weeks now. My diet is perfect, Low cabs, Low fat, High protein, and I stay around 1500 cals a day. I weight 156. I wanted to add something to winny, but is it too late to add something. Also I was going to start using the winny EOD, like Mon, Wed, Friday, Sunday, Tues Thus, I think I would see better results that way, dont you guys think. What is a good compound that I could add to winny to gain some size but also cut the fat. I am at 12 percent body fat and want to get under 10. Im doing about 10 weeks of winny.
What do you guys recommend.
