I Got Some Veet Rasera

Only stuff I could find and would like some advice and/ or precautions... It's basically a chemical cream thing and well I basically know how to apply it and get rid of the hair but is there anything to do afterwards to keep my skin... Healthy? I don't wanna break out in a rash or anything and would like some advice.
