    Fatguys first cycle

    Im 30, 6 ft 240 Im lean at 190ish have a large frame (thick chest). I havent been able to lift due to injury ( had been getting cortisone injections)but am now able to get back in the gym. Recently i had dieted and done cardio daily and lost 25 lbs. Started back at the gym and lifting EOD wth 30 min of cardio ED. Im back to eating proper ie aprox 2000-2500 cal a day with a mix of 50p/30c/20f and 3-4 liters water.I have managed some how to gain my weight back im back to 240 and no its not muscle gain. Iwanted to lose before i started my test cycle but want to know if keeping my total calories down(being overweight) will really hamper my muscle gain badly. Ive been told that test helps with fat burn. Any suggestions would help..

    Cyp 400mg 1-5 weeks
    Enan 400mg 5-10 weeks
    Androgel 10-20mg ED after last shot for weeks leading to PCT
    Nolva 10mg ED
    L-Dex .25 ED
    Continue to PCT add Clomid 100mg ed

    dont really think that 5 weeks of test cyp or test e will do anything it takes at least 5-6 weeks to kick in.
    also dont really think test is a good fat burner (good be wrong)
    what about some clen if not a good diet & cardio

    but in my opinion maybe leave the AS for later

    I hear ya ,but its 10 week total not 400mg of each a week and 2 weeks of androgel as i wait for pct from enanthate i believ 14 days for it but only a couple for gel?

    I just cant see my self wei***ng another 10 20lbs without fat loss..my whole prob is i lose with diet and cardio but gain it back lightening fast i mean in 2 weeks i put on 15lbs and went from a 36-38 waist to a 38-40. I was thikin that the extra lean mass would help me burn the fat off .(more lean higher metabolism etc..)
    I have a fairly strict diet and have kept cardio up everyday.

    What is your bf%? Ive heard of people cutting on test e and dbol believe it or not, it can be done. It's all in the diet.

    Malidifa's right about the length of running your test. It's not long enough at all. 10-12 weeks would be more like it. Also like he said you may want to cut down first then worry about the AAS.

    why SOULDNT it be possible? All steroids work in very similar ways, thus you have a favorable nutrient partitioning effect and nitrogen retention regardless. The only thing is the water retention but its just water ya know? Take some HCTZ and its gone.

    be that as it may, i would advice AGAINST a cycle that early on, diet down to 14-15% naturaly, and then concider steroids.

    yaim probly closer to 25% but lke ive said i gain so easily and fast....

    will nolva and l dex reduce the bloat enough or?

    ques about weight loss ive read that doing cardio first thing in morning prior to eating is best but also eating a proper breakfest is what sets your metab for the day. what would be the proper timing. cardio first thing or just on an empty stomach later on?

    Cardio on an empty stomach bro..Youve been on food fast thru out the night so your glycogen stores are low...By the way i would get the BF% down before doing anything...

    thanks.. i think ill wait another month or so and try to lose some of this fat ass of mine..so cardio in morning then reg workout week i e cardio ED on top of morning cardio ED and weights EOD. Also will i benifit better going to a full body workout EOD or just sticking with specific muscle groups ie chest/bi shoulder/tri etc....

    Fat guys need diet and exercise, not gear...Test isn't going to help you burn fat

    not entirely true. HRT clinics find that a man who has a diminished sex drive and loss of muscle associated with weight gain , find that with the return of normal test levels at can be shed . Now there is a point where the scales just dont balance out.

    Get some ephedra or red blast and put it on the treadmill for 45 minutes.
