Hey everyone im 6-0 235lbs BF was around 22% last time I got it checked. Im not sure what my intake of food should be everyday. Im wanting to get my BF down to 15% wtih 6 months. I eat healthy lots of fish, chicken, and some lean beef, and veggies. Just not sure if im I should be eatting less or more, it seems like I should be eatting more but im always full.
example day of wht i eat-
9:am protein shake 50g protein no sugar no carbs
12pm 2 4oz chicken breasts and mixed veggies
3pm 4-6oz salmon filet with avocado and tom slices
6pm protien bar or celery to hold me orver until get back from gym
7-9pm at gym
930pm or when ever get done with the gym have a 1/2lb ground turkey with mixed vegges no salt.
please help guys im sick of being heavy want to trim down alot but need help thanks guys
