    Lean Mass Diet

    Have a few questions about the lean mass diet sticky.

    1.I could not find no sugar added fat free yougart all I could find is fat free are these the same or is there that big of a difference?

    2. I have never tried cottage cheese but i am willing to give it a go. In the case that I can't stomach the cheese is there something else I can substitute?

    3. The meal at 5:15. The mustard I'm sure is just being used to add some flavor correct? (I'm more of a ketchup man myself) also the carrots I can steam these right? no need to eat raw I read on this site that steaming the veggies is fine.

    4.The rice cakes are they just being used fro the insulin spike for the pwo? Could I just use dex or powerded gatorade? I don't mind the rice cake just curios in case I want to change it up a bit.

    5. Some of the foods he doesn't have how much (mushrooms, PB, FF cheese) there are only a few but was curious if I should just considerered it as one serving?

    I think thats it. I know some of the question might seem like they should b common sense but I have none thats why I'm asking.

(I'm more of a ketchup man myself) also the carrots I can steam these right? no need to eat raw I read on this site that steaming the veggies is fine. if you're going to use ketchup make sure its no sugar added. you can steam the veggies, it doesn't take away the nutritional vaslue, but i'd stick with greens like brocolli, not carrots

    5. Some of the foods he doesn't have how much (mushrooms, PB, FF cheese) there are only a few but was curious if I should just considerered it as one serving? mushrooms and ff cheese aren't really going to affect you much if you keep it in moderation. ie don't use a cup of ff cheese and expect it to not be an issue. use it as you need. i wouldn't go over 2 tbsp per serving of natty pb. but incorporate it how you need to meet your macros

    1. The sugar content is 14g. I hope thats not too high.

    2.Cottage cheese not to bad but I think I will look for the casein protein.

    3. Ketchup is no big deal can just as well use nothing.

    4. Kinda what i thought.

    5. Just gonna use enough to add some flavor ( will b less than a serving)

    Most likely not going to follow the diet 100% exact but will be very close.

    Look for plain fat free yogurt. No fruit, no sugar.

    Cottage cheese is good. A casein protein shake it not a substitute.

    Vegetables should be green. Raw is better, steamed is fine.

    A slice of white bread with jelly is my favorite.
