    "Best High Protein Foods"

    I Just Post this so that the new Member like me know what food item contains Heavy Protein


    whey (supplement found in health food stores)
    chicken breast
    turkey breast
    salmon
    tuna
    cottage cheese
    swordfish
    haddock
    lean ground turkey
    round steak
    sirloin steak
    lean ground beef
    orange roughy
    eggs
    pork
    crab
    lobster
    shrimp
    buffalo

    Shrimp actually have a surprising amount of protein, and they'r delicious! I got a bag of ready-to-eat shrimp @ Sam's Club with 10 servings in it for $12. Each serving had like 20g of protein

    Thanks for posting the list!.. steak's delicious but expensive.. but if you buy in bulk its great!

    shrimp is a good change from chicken....I'm gonna lay a frieken egg if I eat any more chicken

    I can make some mean lemmon pepper salmon fillets served with stirfry and rice. MMMM yummm.

    I have been doing more Research and I have a book about Nutrition and I have all the food also and the amount how much you have to eat for the amount of Proteins

    Grilled pork chop, 2oz----- 35gr Protein
    Grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp------ 3 gr
    Cooked Garbanzo o Blk Beans 1/4 cup------ 4gr
    Cooked Pasta, 1 cup------ 7gr
    Milk, Yogurt, 1 cup------ 8gr
    Egg, large------ 6gr
    Baked Chicken, 2oz ---------- 30gr
    Tofu, 3oz------ 7oz
    Cheddar cheese, 1.5oz ------ 11gr
    Brown Rice, 1 cup------ 5gr
    Peanut butter, 2tbsp--------- 8gr

    Dude I just wrote down what the book is showing me Dude, I find that odd myself Maybe I have to keep reading about the cooking Style because Grilling, steaming and Baking are the best way of cooking something with out lossing to much Vitamine
