im just about to start a new cycle is it a good idea to take tamoxifen along side dbol for the first 4 weeks?????

bit concerned why you are asking if this is my first cycle! why? ive never done dbol before tho , usally deca and sus

deca monday 2ml
sus 2ml thurs
over 12 weeks then hcg x3 1500 14weeks monday weds fri

if im doing somthing horrible wrong then by all means please tell me

Why are you alternating between the Testex (Test Cypionate) and the Sustanon? Bouncing between long and short esters seems a little counterproductive. Also the Sustanon should be taken EOD to take full advantage of the shorter acting esters in it.

Also, list your dosages in mg per week insted of the ml per week.

Well, your good mate steered you wrong friend. Sust is a blend of short and long estsers as to where testex (cyp I believe) is just a long acting ester. Do one or the other. Sust needs to be done eod to take advantage of short acting esters, but IMO, just stick with the testex, 250mg twice a week. You sound young. What does your cycle experience consist of and how old are you (no offense).?

am i wrong believing then testex is a short acting usally a day or two at most and sus(4weeks) to be long acting as sus has 4 esters? i am 30 years of age i know my typing does look young its the lower case black ink i use!! all my last cycles have been sus 250 and deca , ive seem to be pretty well off in the gene department as i can do fook all one month then go back to the gym and still out lift people who where in my range i know that sounds a little arragant as in oow look at me , as it might be down to well rested/rebuilt muscle

for that reason or have i miss read totally? get the short working as well as the long , sus being 4 esters over a 4 week period as testex is a couple of days ............. or am i being a complete div here, i am being honest may be i have read it wrong and have done so for years

Take a look in the profiles section. Sustanon is a blend of different estered testosterones (4 of them): testosterone propionate - 30 mg, testosterone phenylpropionate - 60 mg, testosterone isocaproate - 60mg, and testosterone decanoate -100 mg. It's not the amout of the esters that decides the life of the steroid but the esters them selves. While Test Cyp is onle one ester it is a long acting ester.
