If you want the macros of raw oats. The ones Audi provided look quite precise.
If you are cooking and adding flavor or other ingredients, ie Milk, flavouring et cetra, then the former would be more precise
Man I ate RAW oats yesterday like 3 TBSP in Yogurt damn taste fine but 30min later DUDE my ass was on fire!!! I visit the bathroom if I say less then 5 times I would be Lyijng but dudes Carefull with that thing hahaha but it's good Fiber and Protein

i am trying to lower my cholesterol, and every morning, and sometimes when i wake up in the middle of the night, i mix some "light" yogurt mixed with 2 pkts of lower sugar flavored raw oatmeal and eat it jusgt like that.
like strawberries and cream oatmeal with vanilla yogurt. it's so freakin good. im addicted.
