What is everyone's opinion of non-fat yogurt. I usually eat Yoplait. 170 calories, no fat, lot of sugar though.

I would say go for it unless it has added sugar otherwise its sugar its alctose that part of it has been turned into lactic acid
I'd stay away if you're cutting. Bulking, fine...
Dairy gives me a soft look and I'm lactose-intolerant so I stray away but yogurt is damn good...
yogurt and cereals tastes a lot better than oatmeal IMO. I buy yogurt with reduced sugar and fat.
Yogurt is defibitly very yummy... It's my "sweets" for the day, keeps me away from bad stuff, lol.
Non- Fat plain Yogurt is a great protein and carb source. Often time I use Yogurt, Granola and honey as a pre workout meal.

The problem with most 'no-fat' meals is that the fat makes it taste kind of good. So what do they do? Up the sugar substantially. If you can get sugar free yogurt then go for it.. otherwise, use it for f/p meals.
Key lime pie yogurt with grape nuts, pretty good.Originally Posted by Giants11
