    mine: 14" unflexed
    15 1/2" flexed (no pump)

    But they do look bigger due to lower BF.

    I think mine are close to 19in now - pumped probably over 20... it's weird - the difference between my arms pumped and cold is HUGE. When I'm pumped I'm ready to take the stage, cold I don't think I look that great. Maybe it's psychological.

    Funny thing is... I have the same problem with my penis. Flacid it's never more than 4 inches, sometimes as little as 2 inches when I'm cold! When I have an erection it GROWS like crazy to around 10 inches. Does anyone else have this problem? I guess I'm a "Grower not a Shower" but i'd rather it be big all the time. Hmmm

    so by spring, i'll have the 18" with 10% bf...
