Corner Lips Chapped???

The two spots where the upper and lower lip meet? Ya know, on the left and right sides..ok that part. Im not sure if its chapped or what, but its liek dry and red and when I open big, like to yawn, it hurts.

Anybody know what i can put on to make them go away? Right now, I just use Burts Beeswax on them, but its seeming to do nothing.

drink lots of water and put on good lip balm all the time, like chapstick natural. duh!

its not herpes lol, put some neosporin or bactracin on the corners of your mouth when you wake up and before bed, it will clear up within 3 days

It's oral herpes. No big deal, 50-80% of the American population has it. Get some Herpecin-L. Before you ask me how I know this, my mother is a doctor.

i had the same thing happen to me last week also on both sides, i used some antibiotic cream on it daily 3x a day and it was gone after 5 days.

bit of an old post. But what I did was just put extra chap stick there.

It happened when starting creatine, in which my lips always get chapped, and probably I wasn't drinking enough water. But after I upped my water and chap stick, I was cool.
