I use to drink a whey/milk shake before bed, but then realized that it could be spiking my blood sugar levels which is not what I want during sleep. Soooo I started eating cottage cheese mixed with natural PB.
Do you see any problems with using this as the last meal before bed?
And for all you cottage cheese haters, try mixing it with about a 1:4 ratio of PB to CC and a dash of cinnamon, tastes awesome.
